  • You have 30 days from the delivery date shown by shipping carrier tracking to request a return or exchange.

✅ What Can You Return?

  • Unopened & unused items with original packaging.
  • Defective or damaged products (please provide photos).
  • Opened items may be exchanged for a different color or model (return shipping paid by customer).

❓ Not Defective but Not Satisfied?

  • Returns accepted within 30 days from delivery.
  • Customer covers return shipping and any original shipping fees.
  • Item must be in resalable condition with original packaging.

🛠 How to Return

  1. Submit a return request at our Return Center with order info and photos (if applicable).
  2. Get prepaid shipping label or return address from us within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely with the return form included.
  4. Ship the item back via the designated carrier.
  5. We inspect and process your refund or exchange within 3 business days of receiving the item.

💵 Shipping Costs

  1. We cover shipping for defective or incorrect items.
  2. Customers cover shipping for other returns or exchanges.

✉️ Order Cancellation

  • Email us within 24 hours of purchase to cancel before shipping. Otherwise, please follow the return process.
